What if I don’t receive my parcel?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, send us a message and we will contact Canada Post to track down your parcel. Once the entry is filed, it will take Canada Post at least 5 business days to process. If the parcel is tracked, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible and you will get it a few business days later. If it is “unrecoverable”, we will send you a one-time replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
Unfortunately Canada Post is our only option for mailing so we won’t be able to mail it through other mailing service. Thank you for your time.
